Steps
1- Choose Your service
We offer our customers multiple services, which are always expanding, just take a scroll through our website to view the various services we offer. If a service is listed in our pages. Then we have a professional for our clients. But please remember, our service area is within 30 miles of the 34758 zip code, or 40 miles for 8 hour service and large accounts.
2– Choose your preferenceÂ
We offer the flexibility of hours and flat rates on the majority of our service. Just set your rate preference and please make sure to be accurate with the size or measurements when requesting services via flat rates, and also allow enough time to complete the job when requesting hourly rate services. 


3- Set your booking
Now that you’ve chosen the service and payment preference, simply use our online booking buttons to schedule a Platinums Works professional. Normally we ask to book our service 2 days in advance, however if you need us sooner then please just drop us a text message on (407) 655-6552. 

4- Booking ConfirmationÂ
Within a few hours you’ll receive confirmation that your booking has been processed and confirmed. At Platinums Works we aim to provide convince and stress free booking solutions for all of our clients. And now with our express online booking option we can do just that.
If it’s your first time working with us, then please just read our cancellation policy before setting your appointment.

When someone books an appointment through our online process. This also guarantees us that we are dealing with serious and real clients ready to be served.
This prevents us from having to face attacks from scammers, who call requesting quotes and appointments, which end up resulting in false requests, loss of time and unnecessary expenses for gasoline and tolls.

We also try to avoid the delays that occasionally occur when trying to collect payments after a service is completed. Well, as the saying goes, time is money. And to offer better rates to our customers, we must maximize the time we have to serve other customers. So keep in mind that we may have to attend several services during the course of the day.

Note: Although it is not mandatory to prepay or book online. Most services require a deposit.
But only clients who book their appointments online receive our discounted rates.

Why am I getting calls from PWc?
Platinum’s Works Corp do not make sales or promotions calls. If you receive any, it’s likely someone impersonating us. Just hang up the phone and call back to (407)655-6552 to notify us, please.
Customers who complete our quote request form or those whose call we were unable to take because we were serving another customer are the only ones who receive calls from us.
What is the cancelation policy?
We work by appointment. And each appointment must be requested 48 hours in advance. When an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of a service starting, this leaves a gap in our calendar.
So this means a loss for our business, and we will probably lose another client who was looking for an appointment on the specific date.
Therefore, a fee of $75, or 25% of the service cost for larger services, will be charged for each late cancellation within 48 hours of the start of a service
But don’t worry, we are reasonable. Thus, if the cancellation comes from a real emergency, of which the client must prove. We can reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.
If the cancellation comes from something on our part. We can reschedule the appointment for the most convenient date for the client, who will receive a 10% discount, or if necessary, the client can cancel the appointment and claim a full refund of the cost of their service.

Will I receive a sales copy?
Of course. Each payment  is processed by Square and therefore, you always receive a printout of your reservation and payment by email or via text message.
